Right after you place an order, you should receive an email asking for more information about your loved one or you can click on "personalize". The email will point you to an online form to provide more details about your loved one. You can also include pictures, a special note and more information that will personalize their experience.
Subscriptions are the easy way to send a monthly gift of happiness to someone special. Each month, your loved one will receive a Sweet Pea Gift Box, Memory Box or Caring Card for as long as you would like. You can cancel at anytime and there are no long term commitments.
Orders received by the last day of the month (Midnight Central Standard Time) will be prepared and sent toward the middle of the following month.
For instance, if you place a subscription order on the 15th, your personalized gift will be delivered toward the middle of the following month.
The subscription is based on the single type of product that will be delivered every month.
We recommend the Sweet Pea Bundle in the instance where you would like a diverse set of products sent every month.
We can ship via USPS, UPS or DHL at this time.
We can send a gift whether they live in the United States or somewhere else. Simply find the gift you want to purchase, select the option that works best for you (one time purchase or save with a subscription) and go through the checkout process. You will be able to see the shipping options for your location from there.
You will receive an email shortly after your order is completed and prepared for shipping. The content of the email will include a link that will provide the option of tracking the package.

Due to the highly personalized nature of our gifts, we do not offer refunds. We will replace a defective or broken item at no additional charge.
